Next Stop Mid-Atlantic Spartan Super in VA - Aug 2013

My Dad and I when we were diabetics and now we are Spartans.

What a difference a few months can make between Spartan Races.  Next month will take us to VA for a Spartan Super and the mountains will be trying to conquer us again.  Never give up and keep moving forward. My Dad did his first Spartan Sprint this month and he did a great job.
