As much as I enjoyed this event I am still trying to figure out why it's called Muddy Mayhem. Going through three mud obstacles does not equal mayhem to me. The course was 8K, but the obstacles were very limited for the distance. I had more issues trying to stay clear of the cow patties. This race has major potential and I hope next year they will put more thought into the obstacles.
I rate this mud run slightly dirty.
After the passing of a dear friend to colon cancer. I realized you need to live your life and accomplish what you have only dreamed of. Reaching out of your comfort zone and overcoming your fears will push you harder. Obstacle racing and mud runs has become a new passion.
